By giving our technicians the ability to give you real time reporting that includes things such as time-stamped photos and lists of potential defects on vehicles, we’re able to make educated decisions as a team.
TRAIT gives direct electronic access for both the technician and customer. This means having all of the most important information when you need it the most. Nightly inspection reports are also provided automatically so Fleet Managers never have to guess when it comes to the health of their equipment.
Mobile Maintenance & WebWrench
At the core of what we do is our mobile maintenance service and WebWrench. Together, these two things mean working on YOUR schedule and within YOUR budget. As all Fleet Managers know, these are typically priorities #1 & #2.
